Job Description

  • Accurately process purchase invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle supplier queries and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a similar role within accounting and finance.
  • Familiarity with purchase ledger processes and financial systems.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines
