Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals and development projects
  • Managing landlord and tenant matters across large portfolios
  • Leading transactions and mentoring junior team members
  • Supporting business development and client relationship growth
  • Contributing to team strategy and market positioning

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with at least 1 year PQE in England & Wales
  • Experienced in high-quality real estate work from a regional or city firm
  • Commercially astute with strong client-facing and networking abilities
  • Ideally experienced in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
