Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

  1. Advising on commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and development
  2. Handling landlord & tenant matters (leases, renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations)
  3. Conducting property management oversight and portfolio work
  4. Providing corporate support input
  5. Leading due diligence, title review, drafting and negotiating documentation
  6. Liaising with clients, external counsel, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  7. Ensuring risk management, compliance and reporting within matters
  8. Mentoring more junior fee earners and contributing to business development



The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 1‑3 years PQE in commercial real estate
  • Skilled in development, landlord & tenant, property management and corporate real estate
  • Able to manage a varied workload across transactions and advisory work
  • Comfortable drafting complex documents, negotiating, conducting due diligence
  • Client facing with strong communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Self motivated, collaborative and able to thrive in a demanding but supportive environment



What's on Offer

You'll receive a competitive salary in the £66,000‑£72,000 range, plus a discretionary bonus.
