Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on property aspects of energy infrastructure projects
  • Handling acquisitions, disposals and development transactions
  • Supporting national and international energy clients
  • Managing landlord and tenant matters and asset/portfolio management
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the UK on complex deals

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE
  • Experienced in real estate transactions, ideally with energy sector exposure
  • Skilled in development projects and commercial property matters
  • Commercially astute with excellent drafting and client relationship skills
  • Enthusiastic about business development and sector innovation
