Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsPrevious receptionist experience is essentialExcellent organisation skillsAbout Our ClientOur client is a well established, growing organisation, seeking an experienced receptionist to join their busy team.Job DescriptionMaintain reception area by keeping it clean & tidyReceiving and distributing post and deliveriesPosting out mailAnswering and forwarding calls from the MainlineManage & maintain consumables stock for both sites (cleaning products, canteen refreshments, meeting room drinks, etc)Oversee the upkeep of water coolers and coffee machines across the site, liaising with external suppliers to resolve any maintenance or service issues promptly.Process and place general purchase orders on behalf of all departments across the site, ensuring compliance with the company's approval process.
