We are looking for an experienced and organised Head Receptionist to join a property company in London on a temporary basis. The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle front desk operations efficiently. You will represent multiple businesses who use the space and transfer calls and messages accordingly. The role is 8am-6pm in Central London.

Job Description

As the Head Receptionist, you will:

  • Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are ready for use.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the team as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including visitor sign-ins and deliveries.
  • Supervise and mentor junior reception staff to ensure high standards of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or front desk role with a corporate or luxury environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards tasks.



What's on Offer

You will be rewarded with a salary of 38k-40k with great scope to be made permanent. The permanent role will also have a discretionary bonus.
