Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to regional operations teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Oversee the execution of planned maintenance, refurbishment projects, and responsive repairs, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual KPIs. Promote a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, residents, commercial teams, and supply chain partners to ensure collaborative and transparent service delivery.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure financial performance and value for money.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal Regional Director for this role will have:

  • Proven experience in leading operations within the affordable housing sector, particularly in refurbishment and repairs & maintenance.
  • Strong people management capabilities with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of contract management, operational delivery models, and financial oversight.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and improving resident outcomes.
  • Ability to assess complex operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
