We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Recruitment Executive to join a leading organisation in the Healthcare sector. This role focuses on managing recruitment activities and ensuring the best talent acquisition practices are implemented, even though the role is remote working it will require you to go to Bournemouth office and down South such as Torquay, Plymouth.

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the for the Regional Recruitment Executive role:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Recruitment Executive should have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the technology & telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
