Job Description

The Residential Property Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload including development, finance and investment work
  • Advising lenders, developers and investors on complex residential transactions
  • Leading on title splitting, lease drafting and infrastructure agreements
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development
  • Delivering high-quality, commercially astute legal advice

The Successful Applicant

The Residential Property Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in residential property
  • Experienced in complex conveyancing and residential development work
  • Skilled in managing files independently and supervising others
  • Commercially minded with strong drafting and client relationship skills
  • Confident in business development and practice growth
