Job Description

  • Manage the preparation and submission of residential project proposals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for bids.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Analyse tender documents and identify key requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead proposal meetings to allocate tasks and monitor progress.
  • Ensure all proposals align with the company's branding and quality standards.
  • Engage with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates on submissions.
  • Track and report on the success of submitted proposals.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant should have:

  • A strong background in the property or construction industry.
