Job Description

  • Lead the delivery of core securitisation and treasury operations activities, ensuring smooth reporting cycles and effective cash management
  • Support the Head of Treasury with the operational rollout of new securitisation structures and enhancements to existing funding facilities.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to solve operational Treasury challenges and keep processes running seamlessly.
  • Drive improvements across data, systems, reporting, and day-to-day operational workflows.
  • Contribute to building a strong control and governance environment.
  • Help develop a collaborative, high-performing Treasury Operations team with a strong operational focus.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in Treasury with hands-on experience managing the operational aspects of securitisation structures and/or bilateral funding arrangements.
  • Demonstrable line management experience, with the ability to support, develop, and guide team members.
  • Strong ability to manage, influence, and collaborate with external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving change and delivering operational improvements in fast-paced environments.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, always seeking smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
  • ACA/ACCA/ACT qualified, or possessing equivalent technical expertise.
