Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for clients in the property sector.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and implement solutions where necessary.
  • Oversee client budgets and forecasts, providing expert financial advice as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to accounting and finance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of property management services.
  • Provide financial insights to clients to support their decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships through regular communication and support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Client Accountant should have:

  • Previous team leadership and management experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience within the property industry or a related sector.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
