Job Description

  • Develop annual and quarterly global media strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Act as the central point of contact for media strategy across Growth Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders and key functions to create robust media briefs for internal and external partners.
  • Work closely with Media Planning teams to ensure campaigns reflect strategy and audiences are targeted holistically across all channels.
  • Monitor business and market trends, providing scenario planning and strategic recommendations to adapt campaigns effectively.
  • Lead performance optimisation forums to improve results and build strong business cases for media investment.
  • Champion performance-based marketing, supporting the evolution of the team towards a more data-driven, results-oriented approach.
  • Build strong relationships with senior marketing and media stakeholders to align strategies, increase cross-portfolio impact, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with creative teams to inform messaging, content, and creative development for maximum audience engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in media strategy, digital marketing, or growth marketing, ideally with global campaign exposure.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact media strategies across paid and owned channels.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, media planning, and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across marketing, media, and creative teams.
  • Experience driving cross-channel campaign integration and creative alignment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading teams or projects to successful outcomes.
