Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Present financial reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders and management.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience in stakeholder management and presenting financial information to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
