  • Develop and execute merchandise plans to achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory management across all channels.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with buying teams to create balanced and effective product ranges.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Manage the allocation and replenishment of stock to maximise availability.
  • Ensure timely delivery of seasonal and promotional plans.
  • Work closely with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Merchandiser should have:
