Job Description

  • Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the ERP platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system needs.
  • Ensure the ERP system aligns with business goals and supports operational processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding the ERP platform.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement best practices for ERP system usage and data management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system enhancements and updates.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and training materials for system users.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate Platform Manager should have:

  • Strong expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven experience in managing ERP implementations and upgrades.
  • Solid understanding of the retail industry and its operational requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
