Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will ideally have 5-7 years' PQE from another leading City or highly regarded real estate practice. The role involves advising sophisticated developers, funds, investors, and operators on a wide range of commercial property matters.Key Responsibilities

  • Acting on acquisitions for development, including identifying constraints and proposing commercially viable solutions
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including pre-lets and lease negotiations
  • Preparing certificates of title and advising institutional funds and lenders
  • Applying ESG principles across the asset lifecycle
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong technical background in commercial real estate law
  • Proven experience with complex transactions and institutional clients
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in ESG-related matters
  • Comfortable supervising and supporting junior lawyers
