Our client is a well known international law firm, they act for most household name insurers as well as police forces throughout the country. You will be working with industry recognised experts in this area and law and receive great training on high value and complex cases. Job Description

As a Serious Injury/Police Claims NQ your duties will include:

  • Manage a caseload of serious injury and civil police claims with appropriate supervision.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports to a high standard.
  • Conduct detailed research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Engage in negotiations with claimants, insurers, and other representatives.
  • Provide clear and practical advice to clients on complex matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal processes.
  • Attend court hearings and mediations as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the department to share knowledge and resources.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Serious Injury/Police Claims NQ should have:

  • A qualification as a solicitor or equivalent legal professional.
  • Experience in personal injury or serious injury claims handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
