Job Description

  • Develop and implement innovative logistics solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.
  • Analyse existing logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and proposals for client approval.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of logistics tenders to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business services and logistics.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solutions Design Manager should have:

  • A strong background in logistics solutions design within the 3PL sector.
  • Proven skills in developing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Sketchup, CLASS or similar modelling tools
  • Experience using transport and network modelling tools is advantageous
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
