Job Description

  • Prepare and process purchase orders in alignment with procurement policies.
  • Track and report on supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create forecasting reports for stocks.
  • Creation of shipping documents and relevant documentation for outbound.
  • Resolve supply chain issues promptly to avoid disruptions in operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Coordinator should have:

  • A background in supply chain, logistics or procurement.
  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
