Job Description

  • Assist with processing invoices and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Help reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial queries.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Experience or knowledge in accounting or finance processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured and organised manner.
