Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
  • Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a polite and professional approach at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
  • Can commit to an immediate start temp to perm role.
