Job Description

Responsibilities include drafting applications, managing client portfolios, supporting office actions, handling invoices, and coordinating travel. The role also involves maintaining filing systems, assisting with recordals, and contributing to team projects.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of trade mark admin experience, some paralegal exposure, and strong attention to detail. CITMA certification is a plus, along with knowledge of IP law, legal terminology, and relevant systems.
