Based in Canary Wharf, you'll play a key role in analysing market data and ensuring effective decision-making.

Job Description

  • Analyse market trends and provide insights to support trading decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on trading performance and market conditions.
  • Assist in managing risk and compliance within trading operations.
  • Collaborate with the Banking & Financial Services team to optimise trading strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial instruments relevant to the crude oil market.
  • Support the trading team in executing trades efficiently and accurately.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trading Analyst should have:

  • A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 12-24 months experience within Financial Services or commodities.
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting market data.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and financial instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
