Job Description

  • Deliver financial due diligence reports and analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Support clients in identifying risks and opportunities during the transaction process.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive advisory services.
  • Lead project teams and manage deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Review financial models and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a high-performing team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transaction Services Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial due diligence or transaction services.
