We are seeking an experienced Transport Solutions Manager or Consultant to join a team in the Transport & Distribution industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering innovative logistics solutions for a major customer.
  • Designing & optimise transport solutions and operations for a leading 3PL
  • 9-12 month ftc dedicated to a customer - Transport guidance and development

Job Description

  • Develop and implement tailored transport solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Analyse logistical challenges and recommend effective strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the logistics team.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation within the transport network.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transport Solutions Consultant should have:

  • Proven expertise in the Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Transport planning and development experience is essential
  • Strong background in logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for transport planning (Paragon or similar).
  • A detail-oriented approach and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
