About The University of East Anglia 

The University of East Anglia (UEA) had embarked on an ambitious journey of digital transformation that required a comprehensive road-map to fulfil their bold, tech-focused objectives.

University of East Anglia's challenge 

This road-map created a number of new roles within their IT & Computing Service (ITCS) function. To fill these roles and facilitate any temporary recruitment required to support the programme, they partnered with Michael Page Technology on an exclusive basis.

How Michael Page Technology helped 

With access to our consultant networks, UEA successfully attracted 25 candidates within their ITCS in a challenging discipline and a competitive market. Michael Page used premium and bespoke advertising to amplify UEA's employee value proposition, promote the career opportunities on offer, and generate engagement from high quality candidates. We also established weekly project management meetings with a dedicated project manager and our UK Partnerships Director to support project efficiency.
 

Business impact: the results

Michael Page Technology filled all roles allocated to them and 25 roles were placed across University Of East Anglia's ITCS function.
