Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of services, and driving customer satisfaction. This role involves a combination of project management, client servicing, and sales, making it essential to have excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Relationship Management:


    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.


    • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and trust.


    • Manage and communicate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to clients.


  • Project Management:


    • Coordinate the execution of client projects, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, development).


    • Ensure that all project milestones and deadlines are met, and that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.


    • Identify any potential project risks and take proactive steps to mitigate issues.


    • Reporting & Analysis:


    • Prepare regular reports and updates for clients, including performance metrics and progress updates.


    • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.


  • Collaboration & Communication:


    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.


    • Facilitate internal meetings to ensure all departments are aligned on client goals and project requirements.


    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
