About Our Client

My client is a large wholesaler who are looking for an Administrator in Aston, Birmingham full time.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal processes.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet operational requirements.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
  • An eye for detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Can commute to Aston,Birmingham.
