Job Description

  • Resolve accounts receivable issues promptly and accurately within the agreed timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Romanian or Italian to address payment discrepancies and queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and resolutions within the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.
  • Support the month-end closing process by providing necessary reports and updates.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards at all times.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts receivable function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AR Resolutions Specialist should have:

  • Fluency in Romanian or Italian with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within an office environment.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
