The opportunity has arisen for an Audit Semi Senior in Worcestershire due to a number of successful tenders. The rise of the 'smaller' firms have become more apparent over the past 12 months and hence they are keen to employ a number of talented individuals.

About Our Client

A large firm across the West Midlands with a focus on OMBs, this firm has operated in the market for a number of decades and has recently been winning much larger work for their audit team.

Job Description

  • Taking the lead on audits on a variety of audits, including on-site attendance, liaising with clients and supporting the audit team.
  • Occasionally undertaking accounts preparation jobs and drafting tax returns for Partners / Directors of associated accounts jobs.
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met, compliance is adhered to, and clients are kept informed.
  • Occasionally attend networking and business development opportunities on behalf of the Firm.

The Successful Applicant

  • Working towards either of the ACA or ACCA
  • 2+ years of UK practice experience
  • Prior auditing experience
  • Strong communication skills
