Build Programme Coordinator - Dunstable

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of site builds at company locations.
  • Act as a vital link between departments (Sales, Marketing, Property, Operations, Finance) to maintain clear communication and alignment.
  • Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, risks, budgets, and resource needs, and provide updates to senior management.
  • Support the implementation of project management best practices across the team.
  • Ensure operational readiness by coordinating with lounge managers and teams.

The Successful Applicant

Build Programme Coordinator - Dunstable

Necessary Expereinces:

  • Experience in construction project coordination or management, preferably in high-value build projects.
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations and JCT contracts.
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation and construction best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
