You'll work within a dedicated Business Change Team, playing a vital role in transforming policies, processes, workflows, and technology to align with strategic objectives and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:Drive Transformational Change: Lead and support large-scale change initiatives, including operating model changes, colleague engagement, and technology transformations.Assess and Plan: Collaborate with stakeholders to complete detailed business impact assessments and support Senior Business Change Managers in developing comprehensive change plans.Guide the Change Journey: Help define activities that successfully guide colleagues through the ADKAR change journey.Improve Ways of Working: Lead small change and improvement projects to enhance efficiency for customers, colleagues, and the business, while fostering overall change maturity.Communicate and Engage: Own and deliver compelling communication and engagement strategies to ensure change stories are impactful and effective.Stakeholder Management: Cultivate excellent relationships with key stakeholders, manage communications at all levels, and act as a crucial link between programme management, business operations, and IT.System Implementation: Work closely with IT to implement and embed new systems that support required changes.The Successful ApplicantWhat We're Looking For:We're seeking a seasoned Change Professional with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex organisational transformations.Safe hands: Significant experience managing transformational change in large, complex organisations.People-focussed Lens: Proven ability to deliver and embed change that positively influences culture and behaviours.Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills.Change Management Expertise: Extensive experience in change management practices.Leadership: Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding both direct and matrix teams across the business.Commercial Insight: Good commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage complex business cases.Communication & Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leaders and directors.Adaptability: Ability to absorb technical information and communicate it effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Change Certification: Ideally, you'll hold accreditation to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of winning methodolgies such as PROSCI, APMG, ADKARWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £48,558 - £60,698, depending on experience.Annual incentive related bonusAttractive pension scheme (up to 10% company contribution)Life assurance cover of 4 times pensionable salary25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - plus an extra wellness day!A great benefits package - choose from health cash plan scheme, critical illness insurance, dental insurance, life assurance flex and partner cover.Retail savings schemeOnline GP service, cycle to work scheme, gym membership discountsIf you're an experienced Change Professional ready to help deliver exceptional service and protect the environment, we want to hear from you!
