Job Description

Supplier Discovery & Acquisition

  • Identify and map potential suppliers of digital game keys, downloadable game files, and platform-compatible licenses.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand pricing structures, distribution rights, and supply chain models across global digital game networks.



Negotiation & Deal-Making

  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive wholesale pricing, favourable commercial terms, and reliable supply arrangements.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities-including catalogue breadth, fulfilment reliability, technical integration capabilities, and compliance/reputational risk.



Supplier Relationship Management

  • Establish strategic partnerships with key distributors and digital game marketplaces.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure smooth operations and long-term collaboration.



Quality & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure all digital keys/files are sourced from legitimate, compliant suppliers with proper distribution rights.
  • Develop internal standards for supplier quality, anti-fraud measures, and activation success rates.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with eCommerce, Operations, and Tech teams to integrate supplier feeds, manage catalogue updates, and track product performance.
  • Provide commercial insight to support pricing strategy, product selection, and platform expansion.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in supplier negotiation, sales, business development, or procurement within:
    • Gaming distribution
    • Digital entertainment
    • Software platforms
    • Digital licensing
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
  • A proactive, hunter mindset-comfortable identifying opportunities and driving outcomes.
  • Understanding of:
    • Digital key distribution
    • Game marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, Ubisoft Connect, Origin)
