With a strong international presence and a commitment to innovation, the company partners with healthcare professionals to deliver long-term value through education, digital tools, and high-quality products.Job DescriptionThis is a field-based business development role covering the North UK region, focused on identifying, qualifying, and converting new clients, growing existing accounts, and supporting the wider regional team contributing to strategic growth.Prospect and acquire new clients through proactive outreach including cold calls, email, and social media.Qualify leads and close sales, focusing on converting practices to the company's full product and service offering.Develop onboarding strategies to ensure new clients are set up for success and long-term value.Collaborate with Territory Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing support.Deliver product training and installations in regions without a dedicated trainer.Support and attend regional events, including trade shows, in-practice demos, and educational sessions.Coach and mentor new team members, contributing to onboarding, training, and sales excellence.Manage a small corporate account to develop commercial and account management skills.Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to inform strategy and performance reporting.The Successful ApplicantProven track record in new business sales & key account management in medical devices, med-tech, or healthcare.
