Job Description

  • Operate CNC machines to produce components according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimise downtime.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet quality standards.
  • Adjust machine settings to optimise efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve production issues.
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery.
  • A strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
  • Experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • An ability to work independently and ensure attention to detail.
