Job Description

Commercial Associate 3-5PQE

  • Advise clients on both transnational and standalone commercial, IT and/or IP matters whilst working closely alongside partners and other associates.
  • Experience in commercial contracts, IT and tech, intellectual property, outsourcing, data privacy, corporate support/due diligence

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified lawyer
  • 3-5 years PQE from a recognised commercial/IT & technology/IP practice.
