As a small-sized organisation, it is committed to delivering high-quality support and maintaining strong relationships with its customers and stakeholders.Job DescriptionManage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions in line with company policies.Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and address complaint issues effectively.Communicate resolutions to customers clearly and empathetically.Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations for service improvements.Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards in complaint handling.Prepare and present reports on complaint trends and outcomes to management.Support the Customer Service department with additional administrative tasks as needed.This role does offer hybrid working 3 days at home and 2 days in the office once training has been completed. Training will be completed in the Chester office for up to 3/4 weeks. The Successful ApplicantA successful Complaints Officer should have:Previous experience in a complaints handling role within housing.Knowledge and understanding of housing sector & housing ombudsman.
