Job Description

The Court of Protection Senior Associate will be:

  • Leading complex Court of Protection cases, including post-settlement matters
  • Acting as a professional deputy/trustee and director of the firm's trust corporation
  • Managing client relationships and making best interests decisions
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members

The Successful Applicant

The Court of Protection Senior Associate should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in high-value Court of Protection work
  • Confident in making complex decisions
  • Experienced in deputyship/trust matters including budget planning
  • Skilled in mentoring and team development
  • Proactive in business development
