Job Description

Customer Fulfilment Officer (German Speaking), Camberley

  • Speak and write in fluent German and English
  • Manage and process customer orders accurately from receipt to delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with internal teams to address stock shortages.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high service standards.
  • Prepare and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
