The Customer Success Manager within the Network Services Team will is able to lead the day-to-day account management and existing relationships with several key clients. In the role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the client and the delivery team, ensuring client satisfaction (and retention) and maximising revenue growth.

Job Description

As the Customer Success Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Analyse client data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities to grow account revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise the customer experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on performance metrics and project progress.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients maximise the value of the solutions provided.
  • Ensure all customer success activities align with company goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Success Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a customer success role within the Tech services space.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and customer success strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to interpret and use data to make informed decisions.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools and other relevant software.
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
