Job Description

A successful Lead Performance Analyst - eCommerce will:

  • Analyse and advise on UK/ROI eComm perforamnce
  • Enable decision making + action to improve performance
  • Manage data models and all reporting!
  • Procide data and analytics to Trading Team to review performance
  • Develop and manage the CRO strategy and approach to improve Customer Centric approach to conversion through rapid test and learn optimisation of all stages of the Digital Experience across UK/ROI
  • Deliver regular reporting requirements - provide single view of consumer + business drivers
  • Complete detailed analysis of data and provide summary for key stakeholders
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing / new reports to create efficiency.
  • KPIs ; NTO + GM, Conversion (UX/UI), site content performance from visit to A2B
  • eCSAT
  • A/B MVT testing

The Successful Applicant

The successful eCommerce Lead Performance Analyst will:

  • Good analytical experience developed within a Commercial Environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, read, understand and analyse business reports
  • Excellent accuracy for data - critique / peer review work
  • Proficiency across BI
  • Designing, building and maintaining analytical and reporting solutions!
  • Experience of agile deliver
