Job Description

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the financial services sector.
  • Analyse project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and feasibility.
  • Evaluate potential risks and provide cost-effective solutions to mitigate them.
  • Update and maintain cost databases and project records for future reference.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid proposals.
  • Provide detailed cost breakdowns and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Stay informed about market trends, materials, and labour costs relevant to the construction industry.
