Job Description

  • Manage front-of-house reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of facilities, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and safe.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for building maintenance and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility-related documents and invoices.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and ensure the availability of required equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Support health and safety compliance by conducting regular checks and reporting issues.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities & Reception Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or facilities coordination role, ideally within the public sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
