Job Description



  • Prepare and manage accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.


  • Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper reconciliation and journal entry postings.


  • Produce timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.


  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.


  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is prepared and accurate.


  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax requirements.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making.


  • Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to increase efficiency in reporting and compliance.


  • Ensure accurate inventory accounting and cost analysis relevant to FMCG operations.


  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and tax authorities as required.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and general ledger management. They should have experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the FMCG sector, and possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to support cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
