Job Description

  • Manage and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets for internal use.
  • Assist with budget tracking and forecasting to support departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the team's daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Administrator should have:

  • A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
