Job Description

  • Support the delivery of financial controls and compliance across the organisation.
  • Perform detailed reviews of financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate risk within the finance function and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements within the FMCG sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controls Analyst should have:

  • A strong foundation in accounting and finance, ideally with a relevant qualification.
  • Experience working within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
