Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain employee records, including contracts, right-to-work documents, and other compliance-related paperwork.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Support the HR team in organising training sessions and tracking employee development records.
  • Handle general HR queries, directing more complex matters to the appropriate team members.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate on HR projects aimed at improving policies and procedures within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources or a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
