Job Description

HR Business Partner responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to support and advise on HR matters
  • Lead on employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
  • Support organisational development and change initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation

The Successful Applicant

HR Business Partner expectations:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the non-profit sector
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working towards) is desirable
