Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the TUPE process during employee transfers.
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on TUPE-related HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed TUPE documentation and communications.
  • Conduct consultations with transferring employees and resolve queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition process.
  • Support the integration of transferring employees into the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports on TUPE activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Consultant (TUPE Project) should have:

  • Proven experience handling TUPE processes
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • The ability to communicate clearly with employees and management teams.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing HR projects.
  • Confidence in producing and presenting TUPE documentation.
